The Union and company resumed bargaining today with both sides having multiple clarifying questions.

The Union passed many proposals today covering some of the most important issues for our members. We passed language in regards to wages, commissions, transfers, holidays, job openings, scheduling, call out and on-call pay, overtime and differential.

The amount of monitoring our call center members are subjected to creates a high stress environment and we are working on language to improve the working conditions at the call centers.

The Company finally supplied the Union with a huge amount of data related to Call Center monitoring. While we did not meet with the Company today, the Bargaining Team spent most the day analyzing the data received and formulating our proposals.

We spent the day huddled with our legal team combing through the data we already received and planning our next moves!

One week into bargaining and AT&T continues to use stall tactics at the bargaining table. The Union has open information requests going back weeks and the company continues to stonewall and play dumb when it comes to information.

We are in this fight to win and with your support we will win!

The Bargaining Team met the company today with the hopes of working toward a fair and equitable contract.

The Company and Union met today over several issues. The company made a benefits proposal that is extensive and at first glance is riddled with givebacks. The bargaining team asked many clarifying questions and requested additional information connected with the proposal.

The Committee received a portion of the data that we have been waiting on and spent the day analyzing that data and formulating our bargaining proposals based on your bargaining survey priorities.
