According to a poll released in June, Ohioans overwhelmingly agreed with Ryan on the need for laws strengthening workers' abilities to form unions and wanted to see the PRO Act pass.

CWA D4 Activists met up today in Madison Wisconsin with Congressman Mark Pocan to thank him for supporting the Pro Act and always having our back.

On August 20th, CWA District 4 was able to reach an agreement with AT&T Labor to continue the AT&T U.S. Flexible Workplace Program through September 30th of 2022.

After numerous weeks of Effects Bargaining we are pleased to announce that CWA and AT&T have successfully concluded negotiations.  During our bargaining sessions your committee was not only able to achieve important improvements for our members that transitioned to DIRECTV but we were also able to obtain important clarification on language regarding benefits and working conditions.  These clarifications and the negotiated enhancements are critical in securing our members best interest. 

Effects bargaining between CWA and AT&T continued this week, via virtual conference, regarding the effects of the sale of DirecTV. Your CWA bargaining team continues to discuss important items that could affect CWA members that transitioned to the new DirecTV. 

Bargaining resumed today and as we were meeting with the company over their decision to sell off DTV we were informed that the deal was completed and would be announced at close of the stock market.

The CWA Bargaining Team is continuing to meet with the company and will update you when we have something to report.
