BOARDMAN, Ohio – Gov. Ted Strickland today credited the skills and work ethic of the Mahoning Valley’s work force for landing the expansion of the AT&T call center and 150 new jobs. During a press event announcing the expansion, Strickland was joined by AT&T executives and leaders of the company's largest union, the Communication Workers of America.
