The New Agreement Summary is as follows:

1. Three Year Agreement - 2010-2013.

2. Wages - 2010-2%; 2011-2%; 2012-2%.

3. Increased Medicare Part B reimbursement to $50.00 monthly for future retirees.

4. Memorandum of Understanding for $500.00 annual tuition aid reimbursement.

5. Increase out-of-town per diem to $35, no receipts required.

6. $500 contract ratification bonus.
