Last night the Company came after Appendix F by rejecting our proposal to move Appendix F into the Core Contract.  It gets worse!  The Company wants to gut what little protection we have under Appendix F by eliminating the following:  Guaranteed Weekend Off, Sunday Premium, Day After Thanksgiving Holiday, Carry Over Vacation, Sick Pay, All Economic Protections for Core Surplus, Changing Schedules Without Notice and Cancelling Hours Without Notice.


STRIKE VOTE RESULTS:  92% of members in District 4 voted YES to authorize a strike!

Across the Nation 93.5% of the members voted YES to authorize a strike!!!

With only a week until our contract expires we need every member to stand up and show the Company we’re not interested in TAKE BACKS we’re prepared to FIGHT BACK!

NOW is the time to turn up the HEAT!
